There are many things in Texas one can do without, AC is not one of them.  Shane quickly diagnosed our problem and his expertise offered us a couple of solutions, one of which saved us potentially thousands. The courteous and thoughtful attention to detail and communication which Shane's work ethic displayed happily has my endorsement and any repeat business our future may require.  Thanks for the great example, looking forward to recommending Illiff!

Edit (6/6/25 Update):  We required Shane's expertise for a follow-on issue completely unrelated to the outstanding work Shane previously accomplished for us. It took Shane less than 15 minutes to diagnose the capacitor problem remedy it. Having lived all over the USA, I have been around the block, and Shane is one of the best HVAC experts I've used. He made his schedule flexible for us and quickly squeezed us in during his lunch break. Thanks again Brother. Looking forward to the opportunity to return the excellent service somehow. We have used Shane for about 10 years now, I would recommend to him to anyone. He is very reliable, very dependable, and if you have any issues with your air conditioner, he gets straight to the point on how to get it taken care of.

Good service hard to find until we met Shane Iliff.  Over the next 6 years we have routinely received excellent maintenance, repairs when a unit could be fixed, and excellent complete replacements (only when necessary) never high pressure sales.  Each and every time great communication, great service.  We highly recommend Shane Iliff for his honesty, his knowledge, his dependability, and his service.  He works very hard to please his customer.   Greatly appreciated.  Highly recommend.
